Elis's Repeat Order

Repeat order from Elis. This time 22 T-Shirt keychains for her colleagues. So far, I've completed 6...16 more to go...Here's the photos of the completed keychains.

How To Order

1. Fill in the order form.

2. I will email you the confirmation list and total amount (plus postage) to be paid.

3. Deposit the total amount into the bank account no. given in the email.

4. Orders issued are valid for a week. If there is no response from you and no payment made, it is assumed that you are no longer interested in the purchase and your order will be cancelled.

5. Upon payment made, please email your payment details.

6. Your order will be sent within 3 days after confirmation of payment.

7. I will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.

8. A surprise gift will be given to purchase exceeding RM50.
